Processing Your Order

The majority of our items are printed on demand.
Therefore, please allow for 3-5 business days for processing prior to the item being shipped. 

Please double check your order details including items in cart, billing & shipping address information before confirming your order. Once orders are submitted we are unable to make any changes.

Normal turn around (printing & ground shipping) is 5-10 business days.

For rush printing (1 day) the charge is $15.

For expedited shipping the prices vary as per carrier.

Shipping & Delivery

We use a variety of shipping methods depending on the item purchased including USPS, UPS, and FEDEX.

By default we use GROUND shipping which is 5-10 business days. 

All of our merchandise is shipped directly by our manufacturing partners in the USA unless otherwise noted. 

Also, we utilize various distribution centers so your package may arrive separately if you ordered more than one item in a different product category.

Two Business Day, and Next Business Day shipping are always available at an additional cost. Please contact us prior to making a purchase if you'd like to request expedited shipping as that option is not available on our website.

Please note that we can ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses but only through USPS.

If an item is declared undeliverable by our shipping partners due to customer error, the customer is required to cover the costs to re-ship the item.
